#1 August 25, 12:34I am so grateful to shipping explorer and to Elena for they have provided and given me and mu family vital information in order to locate my father. My father worked as a seaman even before I was born. Even at his age now, he refused to retire. Our family from the Philippines admire his strength and willingness to continue to provide for his family. Thus, he left in such a rush that no one knew the name of his manning agency when he was accepted to join a vessel.My mom only remembered the name of the vessel. It took her one month to realize that mu dad left and has not been in contact. She just knew he has a job and was not able to leave important details for us to contact him as we were used to. Mu mom then sent me an alarming message. She knew that I am very familiar with internet browsing. She told me dads vessel name and thats where my search began. Google search engines lead me to various website on tracking a vessel. I carefully looked at each one and found out that one or two has corresponding fees that I could not afford. I was so desperate I signed up for a twitter account just to locate my fathers vessel and gather more infomation about contacting the vessel. My first tweet was asking if anyone works for the vessel. Someone from Shipping Explorer started to follow me. It was a very good sign for me as I knew and beleived that a helping hand is around. I signed up at the website of Shipping Explorer. Browsing through the website I found its services and an option on community and forums. My heart leaped as I knew that Shipping Explorer can help me with my inquiry and that its for free. I wrote a message to Elena explaining my concern. I wrote that I am looking for my father and pleaded for help and assistance. My request was answered very quickly and to the maximum details. It took me awhile to write back to Elena as Iwas somehow in communication with the manning agency. Somehow because not all details are given. Not yet even up to this very moment. Shipping explorer stood up for me. Shipping explorer provided me information with full trust and confidence. It has given me full assistance without condition and they only have one goal that is to help me in my dire need to locate my father. I will forever hold dear to my heart shipping explorer and through Elena. I am forever grateful to them for their maximum support.
