#1 December 14, 15:46Hi Everyone,I have such a problem in my company.I think this is a network port problem.Do you know which port use? This is the error message. "Could not connect to server.An error occured while trying to connect to the server (#9). Please try again later. Error the server.Please try again later." Thanks |

#2 December 14, 16:35It seems like your company network works through a proxy server and you haven't configured ShippingExplorer to use that proxy server.If you are using a proxy, make sure you enabled it in the ShippingExplorer settings and the following address and port is allowed: Address: "www.shippingexplorer.net" (it's a DNS address) Port: 80 (TCP/HTTP) If you're not using a proxy, make sure the program can connect to: Address: "www.shippingexplorer.net" Port: 21866 (TCP) |
