It should have been easier to delete their own pictures without involving the entire organization. The reason may be that later you get a better picture that you would rather have, and it should be easier to delete that image bu yourself.

I'm not sure I understand. Every photographer can delete his own pictures. At the very top where it says "Photo for Shipname" there's a big red cross with "Remove" right next to it :)

Edit: Okay, I get it now. I just saw you reported a photo because it doesn't show the correct vessel.
Obviously we can't just let anybody delete other's photos. What is your suggestion on how to handle this?
