I just want to know what the policy is regarding the pictures I put on the site.
They are intended to be viewed only,i.e not reprinted or resold.
What are your guidelines with regards to the pictures we photographers post on this site?

We don't sell or print the images. But obviously this is the Internet and there's absolutely NO way for anyone to really protect pictures from theft etc. This is also why it's not possible here to view the pictures in high resolution (e.g. 4000x3000) but only 800x600 - it's a way to protect the pictures from being printed (the resolution is just too small for print media).

Thanks for the clarification.

It wasn't so much about what the interweb dudes would do with the pictures
as much as what ShippingExplorer would do with the pictures,as I don't mind
sharing but do mind reselling or printing,although I upload rather smallish resolutions.

On a sidenote,I presume we would be better off uploading 800x600 shots as well then.

True... but recently I was thinking about bumping it up to around 1024x768, because 800x600 sometimes seems a little bit too small.

Dear Hannes,

The requirements to upload a photo are following: "max. file size is 8 MB; min. resolution is 210x150". In case the photo does not respond them the photo could not be uploaded.
