#1 October 4 2010, 12:03Hi,Is it possible to set a filter for vessels by deadweight. For example.A filter only shows vessels over 5000 dwt in a selected range(appointed circle). If yes can it be added to programme.Because when we select a rane for a specific area sometimes we are related with specific tonnages not all.And if this feature can be added will be very useful for us.Thanks for your return. |

#2 October 4 2010, 12:32The problem with such filters is that this kind of information is not directly available to ShippingExplorer 5. The deadweight is part of "Advanced Info", which is a) not available for all vessels and b) the ShippingExplorer 5 program needs to see all deadweights of all vessels to filter them. Working around that would in turn create a lot more issues.Have you tried the search here? You can search by deadweight, just not within a range

#3 October 5 2010, 13:57It would be good to see such filter at least for vessels have indication for dwt.Because we dont want to see smaller vessels while searching some specific cases. Thnks. Below suggestion may help to find out a specific vessel but not in selected range i think. |
