A special version of ShippingExplorer is not needed for Windows 7. When you first purchased a license you received a download link. If you don't have it anymore, please contact your dealer or our sales team.

i have the program on my computer
i use it with windows xp with no problem
but when i want to use it with windows 7, it warn me like this, a windows problem ((
are you sure the shipping-explorer program works with windows 7 harmoniously?

Yes, I'm using it on Windows 7 and dozens of other clients do too :)
Can you save a screenshot of the error message you get? And maybe elaborate at what point exactly the error occurs.

There is no special version for XP. The program works with all Windows versions since 2000 (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, ...).

As of now, there is no version for Android phones. However, you can use your web browser on your Android phone to access this website which also has a little map with vessels in the ports section.

Hi Alex thanks for yours, now i am using this site via android phone, but for me & i think for another user of andoid phone more better use the personal program for easy tracking.

So i hope that in further you can apply some program for android phone also.
