SE freezing when zooming

Hello.
When I zooming chart by mouse wheel, SE 5.2.1 freezing and not responding. Even program can not close from task manager so always computer re-start must necessary. This situation occuring often, Note that I'm using Win 7 ultimate edition also my home computer has same softwares, also it is feezing.

Is there a window coming up that says "ShippingExplorer stopped responding"?

Also, in Windows Task Manager: you should use the second tab ("Processes") and find the "ShippingExplorer.exe" there and kill it. The first tab ("Applications") doesn't kill the program but usually just tries to close it.

No, there isn't any "ShippingExplorer stopped not responding" warning apperaing, just only screen freezing and get pale (also windows's turning circle is continuously turning).

When I open windows task manager that already trying stop program from processes tab but doesn't stop until computer re-start.

Does it happen every time you use the mouse wheel to zoom in? Or just occasionally?

There was every time but after the software update 5.2.2 no freezing anymore (currently)
