I just found photos stolen from me in the uploaded photos of atv32.

The vessels are SHIRANE 2 x shots Bow and stern BRILLIANT SUNRISE 1 x Bow shot & HANJIN PORT KEMBLA 1 x stern shot.

My guess these were taken from shipspotting .com as I was about to upload my shots of BRILLIANT SUNRISE which I uploaded to shipspotting yesterday!!!

I recommend anyone here to check his/hers photos for any stolen photos.

atv32 has even cropped off my mark to deliberately claim the shots as his/her own

I from anybody don't steal a photo! All these photos are in an easy approach on the Internet! Google, Yandex etc.

I agree you can download photos from anywhere you like for your own personal use but you cannot post them on web sites, publish or sell them as your own with out permission of the copyright holder.

You are in clear breach of copyright and I ask you to please remove my photos & any others you have stolen, from your poster.

In those photos there were no logos specifying the owner of given photos. If you so worry about the photos then sign next time!!! Draw on them something etc. It is possible to think that you photographed them

The more photos on a site, the the site is more interesting to others. So it not seems to you?

You have cropped off my signature on BRILLIANT SUNRISE. I started using a signature to try and deter people like YOU.

You posted the same photo of HANJIN PORT KEMBLA which I already posted on this site. Signature or not the photo is not yours. You stole it regardless.

I'm not getting into a tit for tat arguement with you.

I hope the admin staff of this site intervene in this issue soon!

I do not crop photos, and not even know how! I take them as a finished product! If the administrator of this site I stop to fill the website photos, I will not. And remove any photos.
And because of people like you, the site will remain empty! More I talk to you nothing!

@Kemblaships: There's a link on every photo in the upper right corner, "Report photo". Please click it for every photo that's yours so I know which ones to delete (it usually doesn't take more than 12 hours to remove a photo, 24 hours tops).
I'm sorry for any inconvenience but we don't condone cropped photos or even stolen ones!
