Добрый день, судно сменило порт прописки с Батуми на Valletta ,как изменить эти данные ?

Уважаемый RomanCapitan,

Для того чтобы откорректировать данные суда, сделайте запрос на странице обращения -
http://www.shippingexplorer.net/ru/contact

В своем обращении изъявите желание сменить у судна порт приписки в таком формате:

- Судно: IMO
- Порт приписки: Valletta.

После получения запроса, наши сотрудники рассмотрят ваш запрос и скорректируют данные судна, в случае если они верны.

И снова Здравствуйте! теплоход St.Constantine.
Добавляю судно в " мои суда" после некоторого времени судно становиться неактивным и что бы посмотреть его текущее местоположение приходится через поиск опять искать судно... добавляю в "мои суда" и опять тоже самое... что делать?

Have you tried running ShippingExplorer with Admin-rights? (right-click -> "Run as administrator")

Hi Alex,Thanks your last.
Yes,Doesn't work.Vessel still missing-when turn off SE, when i trying to search for the ship message appear "к сожалению нет информации по вашему судну" and once again... search for the ship....

After a restart, is the ship still in the "My ships"-folder or does it disappear from there?
Also, can you tell me the IMO/MMSI of the ship you're having problems with?

Vessel is in the "My ship" folder but it is inactive, therefore i cant get any information regarding St.Constantine IMO 9203710, MMSI: 256 510 000, to get some info i have to search for the ship by the tool bar "history/search" but when i include vessle in folder "my ship" it's dublicate, first still inactive,second works normaly till i turn off SE.

Please send me your "myships.txt"-file (admin _at_ shippingexplorer _dot_ net). The file can be found in:

"C:\Program Files\ShippingExplorer\"
or
"C:\Program Files (x86)\ShippingExplorer\"
or
"C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ShippingExplorer\"
or
"C:\Documents and Users\YOURNAME\ApplicationData\ShippingExplorer\"

Please look for this file in all of these folders and send me every one of them.

Or better yet: Call Lena and set up a meeting in TeamViewer, so I can take a look at it myself :)
