Hello,
I assigned an old license to a new user. but when I create his account at shippingexplorer.net/en/register, there is an error message that says the license is already assigned to an account.
how to make the change of account please?

ShippingExplorer Ltd.

You can login to the old account and remove the product key from the settings. This will allow you to create a new account and assign that key to it.

The old user is no more in the company. I have'nt his credential (login and password) to access his account.
Is there another solution?
